Other Notes
- All rents are based on a two-month minimum occupancy. We require a security deposit that is equal to your rent rate.
- In the event that you only need space for one month you are not required to leave a security deposit but rent is 50% more than the listed amounts.
- Electricity is available upon request at $10 per month per car and $25 for RVs and boats.
