We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from us. Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that have not been worn, altered, washed, or used. All returned items must have all original tags attached, and must be free of defects. You may return or exchange items within 14 days from the day you receive the goods. Please follow the return/exchange instructions on the invoice included with your package. If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. Sorry, but there are no exceptions. Because we do not manufacture our products, we are unable to provide any warranty. Manufacturers may offer product warranties; please contact us to obtain information on these warranties.
